These Terms apply to all users, including organizations, administrators, managers, and employees.2. Description of ServiceCicadence is an operational intelligence platform for specialty pharmacy and regulated-medicine operations teams. The Service provides workforce staffing calculations, scheduling tools, observability dashboards, and analytics. Cicadence processes aggregate operational data and does not process personally identifiable patient, customer, or client data.3. Account RegistrationYou must create an account and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.4. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Service performance, upload malicious code, or reverse engineer the Service.5. Data and PrivacyYour use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.6. Multi-Tenant Data IsolationEach organization's data is logically isolated. Any attempt to access another organization's data is a violation of these Terms.7. Subscription and BillingPaid features are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.8. Intellectual PropertyThe Service is the intellectual property of Cicadence. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service.9.
